Kayla is 6 months old!!

It has been a very busy month! Kayla is growing so fast! She is 16 lbs. 4 ozs. and 26 inches long. She has 2 teeth already and a third breaking in. And sadly her eyes are turning brown.
We are having a hard time with her allergies. We are trying to figure out vegetable allergies right now. She had her 1st ear infection(both ears) and due to her allergies we didn't get any of the cillins but the omnicef is strawberry flavored and it broke out her whole little body-(definitely allergic to strawberries)we got her a new antibiotic and finally got everything cleared up!!
She is crawling like crazy now! I am so sad to see her growing up so fast-but she is so excited with her new found freedom.



And just yesterday I found her standing in her crib! So today we lowered it!!

I am listening carefully for the 1st word-hopefully this will be the one to say Mama first.
All in all she is great. Such a happy, playful little girl. She loves her johnny jumper and all her new toys she got for Christmas.


I am sad to see it going so fast-but it is awesome to see her discovering the world around her!!
