We have a great grassed backyard but we needed someting to entertain the kids. Our awesome neighbors gave us their swing set and with the help of family and neighbors it is up and the kids are loving it! All it needed was 2 new swings and a few replacements boards, and it's ready for the kids. Autumn and Austin helped me stain all the wood before we reasembled it. They are so proud of that.
We also put up our pool for the summer. It fits on the patio so it won't kill the lawn, and is under a patio cover so the kids won't get burned. 
Austin wakes up earlier for school to get his swing time in before he has to leave. They love the pool, and ask to go in it all the time. It is nice to be able to open the back door and have something to do besides fight and dig holes. They swim a little, then jump out and play on the swing set. Then eventually end up swimming some more. I love our new toys!

Looks like this past week was really fun for you all! I miss our swimming days and playing outside. Love you guys! BTW, I called you last week. Call a sister back, won't ya.

We need a swing set. Currently, my boys would rather play in the front yard. We need somthing to draw them out back. Looks fun.
